This number rang my landline on both 18 and 19 August. Just rang long enough to get me near the phone, but not long enough to pick up - annoying. When I rang the number (from a safe untraceable mobile) I got the recorded message 'Number not in service' ! At best it's spam - at worst it's fraud, so I'll class it as a scam.
SCAM Missed call left me voicemail couldn't understand most of what he said but I did pick out the words capta and invoice, it came through to my work phone so I checked with my manager and she told me to ignore it

This seems to be a scam, someone pretending to be someone's child, saying 'Hi Mum, this is my new number. My phone doesn't turn on on anymore so now you can text and call me on this number'. My child would not write like this. Please be aware.
Obvious scam, claiming to be from EE retaining department. If you google the number it comes up as a Noodle bar in London. The guy on the call couldn't stop stumbling over his words when I called him out on things and then laughed at me when I said I knew it was a scam.

Fraud SCAM SPAM Called the number back. A lady answered from what sounded like a call centre. She said I had a missed call and that they called by accident and she hung up. Called back again and my phone calls kept getting cut off. Avoid number at all costs
Spam call claiming to be from HMRC - says legal action will be taken, press '1' to speak to an agent. Ignore, this is a scam.
Some phisher phoning from EE about my internet/mobile. May have been from anywhere on the planet based on the Interference on call, Nigeria Jambo Jambo Advised I have a Business Mobile not on an EE Contract. Scam - make sure you waste their time
