Seems to a London number used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036342xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with ambulance chasers / PPI / insurance marketing. Was called by 01285 311 018 from Cirencester near Preston. I answered and didn't say anything and waited for the caller to speak but they hung up instantly. I think this is a way of discovering which numbers are genuine numbers and then unscrupulous firms sell the info on to further unscrupulous firms! Better not to answer or you will just receive more calls from unwanted numbers. Instantly blocked the number afterwards.
