scam caller - purporting to be from Windows
Fraud. I guess this was a call made with fraudulent intent. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. When I tried to ring the number back, I received the following automated message:"You have dialed an incorrect number. Please check the number and try again".
Said there was a fault on the line, asked me to visit https://validator.w3.org/ to prove there were errors / faults with the broadband, and then tried giving me a web address to connect directly with their servers. Highly suspicious, I asked to take their number and call back. Gave me a supposed BT reference number.
