Called me and told me I was in my window for renewal with Npower which I was unaware of. They don't work direct with Npower but when they returned with prices I had been offered a renewal price direct with Npower, they then found me a better price with British Gas which I took. A cold calling company but they were pretty upfrony and honest so I went ahead.
