No answer when I picked up, suspect is from a fishing number to check your mobile number is active.

It's a hustler
SCAM .HIGHLY SUSPECT. A COMPUTERISED VOICE CLAIMING TO BE MY INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER SEEKING AN OUTSTANDING PAYMENT.
Did not identify themselves on the message but it was about an international money transfer on a debit of credit card. told to press 1 to cancel or 2 to speak to an advisor. I treated this as a phishing call, ignored the instruction and blocked the number.
