I am housebound, never venture out, so I cant imagine me on a plane. They are shysters of the first order. On the other hand they maybe a charitable organisation if they have loads of ?540 s to give away to someone they don t know.

I have bought wine online from Laithwaites and others, so not surprising they keep in touch; I ve never had a problem with this company - and it s a well-known and respected brand, so what s the problem?
They have chased me for a debt that was settled in 2012. In response to my complaint they then fudge by saying the debt is old and has no record. They then post negatives on my credit file using another company called Hoist Portfolio. They know the debts don t exist but are chancing getting people to pay up. This is FRAUD. Do not pay.
