Seemed to know the details of a minor accident I was in a few months ago such as the date and my registration number. The line was quite poor but the person claimed that the other party had finally admitted responsibility (FOUND TO BE A LIE WHEN I CONTACTED MY INSURANCE COMPANY 10 MINUTES LATER). When I asked who instructed them to call me they hung up.
The person who called me said he was from Open Reach

Likely Amazon Scam Went through to our answering machine and an automated message said someone had bought a new iPhone costing over a grand on my Amazon account, and I should press 2 to speak to someone. Checked my account and credit card and nothing showed, so it's a scam and the number is probably faked.
