Jessica from Pro Star Galaxy Services (who is a robot, I m sure) rang to tell me she d been told I was in an accident that wasn t my fault. If I d said yes I might have gotten to speak to a human being to tell them to fuck off. But I said no. She said she d remove my number from their system. I hung up and await the next call. I ve had this conversation dozens of times from different numbers. The very definition of nuisance calling.
Feedback Hello, I gave a good feedback to him as he gave me a good service. I needed to understand how to resolve a bad meters reading I have in my meters as I moved in the lasts months to my flat and he provided me with a solution and in a good way. Only that, when someone gives a good service, deserves to be valued. (Re/ my issue, I can say that the issue has not being resolved yet and the bill is still with the same mistake. I’ve received 4 calls from different mobile numbers today and they have all originated from the same place near Manchester, so this must be a contact centre that has managed to get hold of my number ????
Scammer telling me £600 had been taken from my account and could I contact "their" security department (whoever they are?). I barred the number.
