Call centre after personal details
Robin called. Sounded foreign. Said he was calling from the call blocking and scam department. When I asked what company he was calling from he said "the national call blocking company limited" i said there was no such thing. Curious how this was 24 hours after "microsoft" called me and I told them I didn't believe them..... Told him the only legit call blocking was The Telephone Preference Service, and he hung up.
when you receive a call from these people ask for their company registration number and their finance conduct authority number do not give him any information until you get these two things from them

This is a call from a very thick Chinese guy who speaks poor English. He keeps on insisting that you answer some lifestyle questions. When you refuse he will hang up and call back the next day. If you ask him to remove your number from their database he will hang up. It is from Today s Living Marketing Survey. was called twicw on my mobile phone from this number. when i called back it came up as number not recognised
They KEEP calling back then hanging up!! I don t even know what they want, they re just rude and not getting anywhrere!
