I think they're probably really lovely people with a side hobby of necrophilia :)
This person claimed to be from BT Open Reach and said that my 'virgin media' service was to be cancelled as others were using my line. I asked him to confirm identity and he put the phone down.
Called at 8.00pm on Saturday morning to say problem with computer. My friend had already fallen for this scam DO NOT BELIEVE THEM... THEY ARE NOT FROM MICROSOFT! DEFINITELY A SCAM,
