called to my mobile claiming that I had been involved in a road traffic accident in last 3 years (untrue) and would want to pursue a claim
This number called me several times, but the call went silent. I called the number back (located in Shetlands) and I was put in to a queue which kept saying "Your call is important to us, please hold for the next available agent". After waiting for almost 4 minutes I hung up. This is probably another scam caller who has been banned from every other UK city so now they ve been forced to set up shop in the Shetlands. I ve now blocked the number.
Telemarketing
Claiming that I have an Urgent claim for PPI and that I was owed ?3350 - this is not the case. Strangely the number was not hidden, so I can block it.
