Received a call asking Details of my washing machine and said it was out of warranty.asked me if it was working, i said i didn't want insurance they slammed the phone down on me. i rang back to see who called and it dose not exist. seems a dodgy number

SCAM - claiming that a transaction from outside the UK had been identified on my account and that they wanted to verify the transaction. No such activity on my accounts and no other channel of communication from my bank.
