It is an automated message that states that you are being investigated for tax evasion and if you fail to press certain numbers, you will have an arrest warrant issued for you. This could be potentially very dangerous and the number should be blocked immediately.

Five calls in two days from this number picked up on answerphone. Prerecorded message picks up half way through when own message ends. Waste of time.
Had this call today. Took ages to answer. Was about to hang up when a foreign gentleman said he wanted the householder responsible for gas and electricity bills. Said he was from an independent company called switch it . Told him I was on TPS and badgered him to pass me to a supervisor - told supervisor they was in breach of TPS and Data Protection Act and will sue. Cannot find this company on web yet. Any ideas. Also do a complaint to TPS on their website - the more complaint the more action tacken

Lady called knowing my name, saying from the company 'Open' and that I had expressed interest in investments. I never have, so just hung up.
When I answered this call, it answered but nobody spoke when I said hello. nSounded like busy office in background then it hung up.
