it was an automated call saying they were from the customs and excise, had a parcel and that you may have been scammed. I put the phone down at that point, as to be it was scam one.

Rang 3 times then stopped. Assume computer autodialling which rang off when we didn’t answer quickly enough. Not one of our contacts. Assume scam. I am sure BT has the equipment...
