Nuisance calls - Machine asks you to hold for ages even though it s them making the call. This is illegal.

Scam Phone number claiming to be from BT internet!
Automated call third time today,informing me that my Amazon account would be auto renewed and £39.99 would be taken from my bank account, and to press1 if I wanted to change this.
Received call today (21/11/20). Phone advised "Potential Spam" so did not answer. I have received call from 5 different 020 numbers in the past few days, all emanating from the same location.

SCAM / SPAM Man called & said it was regarding our washing machine insurance policy. When I asked what make our machine was he gave the wrong manufacturer. When I told him we didn't have that make of machine he said I was lying and hung up.
