Almost certainly a scam. These calls use spoofed numbers but originate outside the UK. The scammers can spoof any number they want. Ignore it or block the number on your phone. ...

I really don't understand the reason why unknown person calls you and does not say aword.
Just keep ringing my mobile at all hours! I tend not to answer them!

National Insurance. Automated call claiming suspicious activity on my national insurance number, also said that if I didn’t speak to one of their advisors I would be arrested. NUMBER BLOCKED.
