Supposed crime agency person in robotic voice asking to press 1 to speak to an officer Clearly a scam - tried to call the number back from an alternate phone and number doesn't exist.

A recorded message saying they were from my visa card asking me to press 1 to confirm account details. Hung up.

I decided to look my own number up to see how accurate this service was. It’s not! I’m not with EE and never have been. Neither an I located anywhere near Manchester.

Called saying it was my bank , I (maybe stupidly) gave them details about recent transactions and the sort code snd account number. As soon as I had done this I got cut off and it’s now permanently engaged so I am now worried it is a scam..
