Automated scam call claiming to be HMRC
I suggest you folk get a BT8500 Advanced Call Blocker phone. You can block it or only allow it to go to answer phone. I purchased a quad set for handling all these unsolicited calls. They are brilliant and as far as I know, the only phone to do this.

SCAM I’m presuming scam as they didn’t leave a message and when I called the number back I got ‘this number has been disconnected’. I called back about 12 hrs after the initial call. Certainly dodgy.

SCAM / SPAM - "HMRC" saying there is a fraud claim against me, and if I don't do anything I will be "arrested shortly".
