Tweeted BT about this number - long silence, noisy background and truly awful engagement made me suspicious despite suggesting they were from BT. Will be watching this for repeats

SCAM this is a scam message pretending to be Royal Mail and providing a https website address which dangerous.
Scam and very impolite when I refused to give details said its ruby from cah help line, load of rubbish, just blocked
Scam call playing a badly constructed recorded message that seems to have been stitched together from fragments of other recorded messages and which pretends to be from BT. It claims that "your broadband will be disconnected" because "someone is access [sic] your security setting". It then invites you to press 1 to speak to BT or 2 to have the broadband disconnected. We ve had a few of these calls on different lines recently (including lines with no associated broadband service 8) ). Most likely
