Cold call. Told me I had been involved in an accident. Since I had not I challenged the caller that they were making a nuisance call. They hung up instantly.

Spoke with Carl Clown last night who really does work for this Mickey Mouse set up called Fresh Start. He told me that the data and phone numbers are all provided to them by a John Lindsay who is the director of Tab Finance who also happens to trade under the name Fresh Start Financial Limited. he agreed that everything they re doing is illegal, but it was just a job for him and "as long as he gets paid then he just gets on with it" It seems that Mr Lindsay operates from his tiny little flat, Flat 0
