A very polite man advised me the call was urgent, sadly I had just lost my husband. I asked him to call him back, the matter is now sorted and the company is great to deal with professional and polite and understanding!
SCAM call, gave the phone number and claimed that legal action would be take if i did not call back and give them further ID.

'Simon tried to deliver a package this morning. but no-one was at home.' I was directed to an http website to rearrange a post office delivery. (I did not go there) - I have no deliveries due. -I was at home. -The post office have never contacted me in this way before. -I have had similar messages from 'Simon' from different numbers in the past. This number seems dangerous.
This number called my landline and when I picked up there was just silence. Tried to call back from my mobile but it doesn’t go through to anyone. Scammers!
