I believe this is a scam, recorded message saying they were from HMRC and there was a fraud case registered in my name.

SCAM- HMRC calls you saying you have a warrant for unpaid taxes.
No idea who buy another one in just a few days don't care either

Similar to other comments added here, but the Indian man called himself Jonathan Watson. He gave me the number 441793596931 to call back. Worryingly this outfit did have my full name.
