Text message received claiming to be one of my children with a broken phone using a friend’s number. Wants me to text the friends number. My children didn’t send it so it must be a scam.
Spam. Allegedly "stock market and equities" research. Asked if I was involved in trading and investing and if I'd like information sent to by email. Knew my name too, probably bought a database of phone numbers.
A scammer (nberman) mobile number, please found out where he is living!!!
I answered and they immediately hung up. Looked up number and says it's a solar power company. But if you're going to buy a load of numbers to phone and hang up on them, then I am not interested, so blocked.
