Same just happened to me - missed call, no message.
I had an accident almost 6 months ago and days later this number - 0161 486 7219 - started calling me in an attempt to get information out of me. When I question them on who they were they told me they were acting on behalf of my insurance company but it didn t feel truthful to me and when I pushed them for info they hung up on me.
