Didn't recognise the number so let it go to answerphone no message left so I can only surmise it's someone trying to sell something as otherwise they would have left a message.
Didn't answer when picked up so just ended call
I get calls from this number every month asking whether I ve been involved in a car accident. I have listed it on my phone as Don t answer although I m tempted to answer it and give them a load of nonsense details to waste their time.

Pretending to be HMRC for me to claim a tax refund
SCAM text supposedly from vodaphoe. Said my last payment could not be processed by my bank and asking me to update my details. Last payment went through fine.
I have just been called by this lot tonight and offered a ?2000 rebate as I d paid my council tax on time for several years!!! She asked how I d like to recieve my money and I asked for a cheque which I knew would be legit if she did but she asked me to ring the number and talk to her boss but it had to be immediate. I didnt ring back.
