Got a miscall and the guy who answered denied calling me saying there's a wind up going on and theve received lots of calls

Keeps phoning unfortunately for them I am deaf so I make them shout perhaps they will lose their voice all we can do is hope

called me to tell me they were investigating bank branch I use asked to remove £1200 and post it to address they gave and it would be put into safe account. told them I am not idiot and they switched phone off.
4 calls so far, repeatedly told we are not interested & requested to remove out details from their database. He immediately phoned back saying we obviously didn t appreciate why he was calling! It s a Friday evening, we r just home from work & he expects me to discuss personal finances with a cold caller? We researched his claim on our own & found out our window for a potential claim had expired, even if we were interested, which we aren t. V angry, going to take this further.
