I complained to TPS who said they couldnt proceed as the number couldnt be identified so looks like spoofing to give the impression it is a local number whilst hiding the real number
I had a call from this number 16:14 yesterday 20/5/21 just after I had a new phone case fitted in a little phone shop. Up until then 3 security had stop scam calls.

Do not answer even if you have a debt as after 6 years it s squashed providing you have never acknowledged it, because as soon as you do that 6 year period starts again.
