Silent call- usual no-one there when you answer n call just goes dead- another one for the shit list I guess??

they left message on our ansaphone asking for Mr Andrew Moore and said they must call back before 8.00pm this eve - called themselves Debt Management Ltd. well no one here by that name so will def not be calling back, is this a scam?

I am an international student and I don't even got my Ni number. Today I got a call from this number and it was a recorded call and the message was they have found fraudulent activity in my Ni number for further information I need to select number 1.
