I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from them, as I realized that I had submitted an enquiry on their website earlier. This was an automated call claiming to be from a bank (unspecified), warning me about two purchases through Amazon, on my bank card. I had a similar call for a local number earlier in the day. I didn't click 1 or 2 to authorise or to get help. Apparently the number is a landline in Bangalore!
Silence and hung up. Probably malicious.

Scam call. Pretends to be from O2 offering half price bills. As soon as you say you're not with O2, it hangs up. Local London number but poor quality/routed phone line.
SCAM. Asking for home details. Block it.
