SCAM and potential fraud – automatic voice message claimed they were calling regards an “HMRC fraud in my name” (name not specified) and asking me to connect to an agent by pressing '1', and that if I didn't then a warrant would be issued for my arrest.

was called, supposedly, from HMRC and that I am about being accused for tax fraud and to press 1 to talk to an agent, otherwise I'd be arrested. Upon pressing 1 it directed me to a call centre where the accent of the recorded voice switched from British to American. Hung up right away
Like others, keep getting pestered by this company. Why won't the TPS or Police do anything about this? Surely it is harrassment? Fortunately I have a call barring function...
