Rang home phone number Indian accent said name was Jacob ID 307 - siad he was from sky about my sky repair and maintenance insurance reducing this from £9 to £7 pm. Very persistent and cheeky. When I said I didn't think I have sky insurance - didn't I know what I was paying he asked ? Asked who my bank was then told me first 4 digits of my bank card.
