it is on a letter from the DVLA but calling it gives a recorded message "This number is not recognised. You have called an invalid number"!

It s a fake number anyway. London numbers don t start with a zero after the 020.
TAXES / HMRC says need to call them back by pressing button 3 as my employer has taken too little tax from me. Have a job as I dont work
