Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036342xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with ambulance chasers / PPI / insurance marketing - based in the Manchester area - they use

They called and hung up. I didn't call back as there's a scam now where if you call back certain numbers it shows up on your bill as you've called them back and it's listed as anything from 1 to 12 hours. This bill is about 300 quid so if it's genuine they can leave a message as far as I'm concerned
