On answering the call the caller said my electricity account was due to expire. It is not, in fact it has another 12 months to run from February 2023. The caller spoke with an accent. Due to this the call was ended.
Hello This is Royal mail we have a package that requires payment to be delivered we are calling from North London postal office. Told them no you don't it's a scam , they then hung up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds suspiciously like a banking scam - suggesting two misuses of bank card in a female metallic/recorded voice - hung up. EE map suggests call from mid-Europe

SCAM - home appliance washing machine. Young lady, sounded like a human not a recording, British accent, told me (using my name) that she was calling about teh washing machine policy registered at my address (which worryingly she also knew). This is a well known scam. I told her that she knew as well as I did that there was no such thing and suggested she get herself a proper job.
