This caller hung up as soon as call was answered and it was answered quickly, it was maybe a wrong Number but I am always suspicious of calls that hang up as soon as they are answered, I certainly would not risk calling it back.

I said "no" so he said "forget the name then, your number was put as a first point of contact following a minor incident involving a car".
