Number 01383628774 belongs to Worldwide Cancer Research, I picked up that phone call on weekday afternoon asking to donate clothes and my response was I have donated clothes to other charity company such as Islamic Releief and Salvation Army.
Nobody speaks when you answer. I received 2 calls from this number and I could hear rumors from background. It is probably a call centre, but I don t know why they don t speak.
BT Call Guardian blocked this call for me. Now adding to barred list
I picked up, got an automated message saying MY call could not be answered!

A scouse accented woman called, laughing asking for 'Mr Lee' no one by that name here, so i said they had the wrong number, she laughed again.

Received this automated text to the landline at 7:30am, mum thought it was dodgy and hung up luckily they rang back, it was quite difficult to hear/understand but after I pressed 1 to hear the message states the specific item I ordered (about a week via an Amazon seller), will be delivered between 11:15 & 12:15 by Parcel Force so for me at least this was a genuine call.
Just had a call from this number. Noisy background. The caller kept saying hello, ignored my reply and put the phone down. Will now block the number.

Called this morning to arrange a free survey of my home - during lockdown!!
I am tempted to have handy my mobile set to the repeating parrot app. Then the caller can listen to his own questions and answers ad infinitum.
