Telesales company trawling for business for people with hearing loss/damage from industrial work. Persistent, agressive and irritating, getting one a day of these.
Automated message from internet service provider saying that illegal activity has been detected and my account would be suspended, then gave a load of options to speak to someone about the matter. I terminated the call. Several calls have been received, all from mobile numbers all with the same message.
I am quite sure this is one of a few numbers used by the dlc company. The are a DCA (debt collection agency. Their address is:- dlc Buckingham Road Brackley Northants NN13 7DN Tel: 01280 707500 I have been subjected to hundreds of calls from this Company over the last couple of YEARS. - Have requested on more occasions for them to NOT phone me. Claimed that I took out insurance for drainage at my house. The first two years were free and as I had made no claims the remaing three years were to be at half price. They quoted the last 4 digits of my bank card but this was my old card.When I would not give them my new card they said that as this was the last day they could keep the offer and would have to charge the full amount. The person who called was speaking with an English accent and sounded very plausable.

Missed call, phoned back immediately but no answer???
Claiming they are from british gas. I do have an outstanding amount which has now been paid (but not over the phone) very aggressive but when you get defensive they hang up. If this is how british gas are actually operating this needs to change.
