Got the same type of call - a recorded message Talking about a grand and Pensions and that I m under 60 - Wrong .... Press 5 or 9 - I chose to do neither. It has to be some kind of marketing call. Avoid. They ll probably be trying to get some part of your pension pot for themselves. I m on the TPS so shouldn t be getting this type of call.

Caller asked for the home owner and said it was not a sales call. the company did have our surname but did not ask to speak to Mr or Mrs......... When I asked how they got our number (ex-directory) they just put the phone down.
This was a FREE comparison website trying to save me money on life insurance, was very rude and sarcastic when i said i wasnt interested!!

They called me today about an industrial accident I had. I didn t. When I asked where they were calling from she said Plymouth. I live in Plymouth but judging by other comments, they were calling from Darlington. Asked her for name of company and she said Industrial Workers Office. I gave them an earful and hung up. Let s see if they call back.

no message left, obviously didn't realise they were still on the line. voices in the background sounded like they had an Indian accent and I could not understand the language they were talking in. They phoned me to say they were Microsoft Specials. Told me my PC had a fault - possibly Virus Infected - and first tried to access my PC via Teamviewer. This did not work so i was told to visit www.ammyy.com. These people are from a company called Ultimate Contact Solutions. The only reason they are calling you is to get you to call back (money making) and to confirm a contact number is active so they can sell it on. If you are unlucky enough to answer and stupid enough to ring back they then pump you for your details, and if able to other family members details so they can sell your details at a higher price and get an extra sale from your family s details. This is a large scaled scam but is also within the leg

SCAM / HARRASSING Very thick Indian accent, supposedly calling from "the technical department". They hung up when I questioned how they got my phone number. They've phoned six times this morning and I had to physically unplug my phone to get it to stop.
