Fraud Purporting to be from HMRC
Last rang me at almost 9pm on a Friday. They ring off when you answer and won t accept a return call - rings as a dead line. A real pain. Prior to that they rang relentlessly (from India?) asking for a stranger. I tried saying no, telling them it was a wrong number, telling them not to call and finally just hanging up.

Indian scammers claiming to be from Microsoft. Usually VERY British name eg. "Johnny" or "Dave" or "Steve" but have a VERY strong Indian accent. Tell you that they're calling from Microsoft as there's a problem with your computer. There is NO problem.. They give you instructions to carry out, as they want to gain remote access to your computer and ALL info stored on it. DO NOT follow any of these! They'll gain access to your computer + GIVE it a virus +
