Some one called on my partner's mobile phone - a number that she shares very rarely if not at all. Toby, the caller, announced that my partner had won the lottery, to which she responded, "Oh, really? Do you want my banking details?" At which point 'Toby' hung up. Keep receiving calls from this number and they never leave a message, getting very annoying. I refuse to pick up phone calls from unknown numbers and especially those who do not...
Picked up phone, went on to message machine, no message, no response. Seen others have checked this number already.

Fast talking rude. When I asked where they were calling from, they hung up
I got called by this number at 18:07. The line was silent and when I hung up it called again. A quick search suggested it was Barclays Bank. An odd time of day for a bank to call! I contacted Barclays via their app for a live text chat. The operator assured me it was a Barclays number and not a scam. And yet, an internet search suggests that this number is regularly used as part of a scam. The Barclays operator need to wake up and start offering better advice than "don't worry, it's a Barcla
