PROBABLE SCAM. Claimed to be calling from (or on behalf of?) Microsoft. When I started asking a few questions to clarify this, they disconnected sharpish!

SCAM ⚠️⚠️⚠️ they called it was an automated service saying I'm under investigation and that my national insurance number is going to be cancelled.

Asian lady called at 8.45pm. Claimed to be from Lloyds Bank asked for Steven Smith (not a name known to us and generic enough to be false). Tried to obtain additional personal info.
