This is most likely a general telesales company working from a sales leads database they have bought. They have incorrect information about our business and were (in this case) trying to market electricity contracts.
Fraud Automated call from 07719 095516. Receiving an automated telephone call and was told my National Insurance number has been used fraudulently. My assets were going to be frozen and I was going to be arrested if I didn't press 1 to talk to an officer and supposedly fix the issue. Obviously the criminals would pressure you into handing over personal details to enable them to commit fraud using your credentials and information.

The Caller states they are from Amazon and calling to update my Prime Account, asked me to go on My Computer, as I'd just arrived home, I had to wait for My computer to start, I was asked, do You use your computer for more than Amazon,online Shopping ,E-bay and do You Bank Online,straight away,I smelt a Rat and cut the call, they called back 3 times,I have informed Amazon. Collect as much info from them, such as Web Address.

SCAM. Claimed to be fromm online support informing me that there is a problem with my computer and they have sent messages to it. No messages received. They rang off after I challenged them and told them that they were scammers.
Spam caller, said I’d enquired about a secondary income. Caller was very rude to me when I stated this was untrue. Blocked.
SCAM Asking to pay for Royal Mail parcel that is due for payment. Asked to send an invoice via email. Refused to do so, therefore scam. Was asked to provide bank details via phone. After that the person finished the call immediately
