called saying they were an official O2 partner and calling on their behalf as I was entitle to upgrade my phone, I actually upgraded 3 months ago. When challenged the guy told me I couldn t have upgraded and all but called mea liar. He hung up when I challenged further. Checked with O2 and nobody calling this number would be representing them, they deal with upgrades on accounts themselves. If they call you hang up

Fairly obvious computer generated ie artificial voice asking about my accident and harping on about compensation. Hilarious how male scammers use a female voice. Anyway, they Called again today, I did not answer and they left no message, so hopefully that is the last of them. 10th October 2018.
