Difficult to understand but being charged twice for unknown reasons but suspicious transactions. Looked up the number online and it seemed to be from Bangalore.

Interestingly all the complaints about this number are since 7/7/2016. The cold caller said they were Caller Complaints Service based in Bournemouth. Of further interest there are two companies - also based in Bournemouth - who have been fined nearly £100,000 for providing this service but were actually contravening the call blocking themselves by making cold calls. One wonders if "Caller Complaints Service" - who I cannot find on the web - are a phoenix that has risen out of the ashes of the two previous c
