Poor quality audio and very rude when I told them as such. Said something about training. Probably spam.
As I answered the phone the call cut off. So I presume it's from an automated dialing system.

Phoned offering an upgrade from Vodaphone - not due an upgrade and he politely apologised & hung up.
When I answered the call no-one spoke then after delay a recorded message said goodbye and the line went dead.
