Been called a couple of times from this number claiming I have money owed to me from a third party in my last crash. There was no third party involved, only myself, yet they keep on ringing and telling me this (presumably they want my bank details). When I explain that they are totally in the wrong and there is no money owed to me they have become VERY RUDE. I was called by this number this morning. They told me they were calling regarding my licence from MICROSOFT being lapsed. They told me they would be able to renew my licence and could show me how to remove hackers from my laptop. I allowed these people access to my laptop thinking I was removing the hackers and viruses from the laptop. They gained access to my files and I have had money removed from my bank account (now closed).

This call is the result of completing a survey, usually on social media, about the eligibility of a new boiler grant. If you aren't eligible for the grant then this company is contacting you regarding buying a new boiler. I had a couple of missed calls and then received a text explaining all of the above and giving me the option to cease any further contact.
