They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Has rung me around 10 times in the last day, a couple of times I have answered and I the caller has hung up. I thing they are so used to people not answering, they are shocked when someone answers and he just hung up.

Asian sounding guy, rabbiting at speed about who I was and telling me my details, barely caught a word, then says BT will call to save me money on my Telephone and Broadband, then hung up immediately, never asked was I interested in any possible savings, not even the basic pleasantries of asking how I was etc... Just quick fire rabbit rabbit rabbit, BT will call me, click, all I can say is, if this was anything to do with BT, they are now less likely to be getting my business than they were before.

Asian sounding company keep phoning saying they are doing marketing, then proceed to ask a string of questions about age, marital status, life insurance, phone provider, IT provider, TV package provider. This is a NHS reminder call for a hospital appointment 2 weeks ahead of date. They woke me up at 10pm when I had just fallen asleep so are a nuisance call. They call several time before the date of appointment, they are a nuisance.
