SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:02 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. Scam call pretending to be from Amazon

We have 2 phones sending 2051 sms. Both are Nokia C21 plus and appear to have been hacked or have malware in stock ROM. Other owners of this phone are reporting the same problem. I received a text from 07547 153344 this morning claiming it was from Evri. It was about a missed parcel delivery and asked me to click on a link to complete a form to reschedule it. I have ignored it as I am not expecting a delivery and the message did not look like other messages I have received from Evri in the past.
