I had no coverage and received message "You missed a call from me...". I call them back. This is a company, which is writing CVs for the money. I registered on CV Library for free opinion of my CV and they wanted me to pay for professional opinion.

This is a scam caller pretending to be from a Lyca phone provider offering cheap contracts, the company they are pretending to be are Mobiles.co.uk. Having just missed answering this call, I tried ringing it back only to have fax like machine tones and nobody to talk to.

American voice indicating they were from the HMRC and if I did not call back on that number I would be in serious trouble and solicitors would be in contact (Something like that!!)

This number is not secure, it is scammers pretending to be from O2, offering a 50% discount off your monthly bill. Tempting, obviously. They say a text will be sent to confirm this, followed by another text with a code to activate the offer. They will then ask you to repeat the code to them BUT doing this will allow them to take control over your account and possibly other info on your phone. Something didn't feel right so when they rang back for the code I didn't answer but googled O2 scams. Beware.
Thought it was a cold call but actually a really useful company that helped us with our energy.

SCAM: the number that called was too long to be identified as a phone number - it had 006 44 in front of it, which is probably deliberate to make it impossible to search. I could hear a call centre. Indian sounding guy asked for me by name. Told him he had the wrong number & he hung up.

Like the previous person who reported this number, I also received a text message with the same message. Firstly, I am not expecting a parcel. Second, I too am always in.
