This number is being used for a scam. This number called claiming to be the bank & said two large payments had been drawn from my account- one for Amazon & one international payment . I ended the call without pressing any phone keys, then phoned my bank on a trusted number: they said my account was fine & the call had been a scam.

I just got a call claiming (falsely) to be from this number, claiming (again falsely) that it was BT Openreach (or something). When I politely declined, the caller said (as they hung up) "Fuck you, fuck you in the face". Which may well have been the only genuine thing about the call. Highly probable that this is a scam call – Caller claimed to be from BT regarding an internet connection problem, he had an Indian accent and wanted me to access computer. I ended the call at this stage.

Had a few missed calls from this number. No voice mail left, so blocked number. They then used slightly different number so that is now blocked.
Fraud pretending to be bank security stating that someone is trying to use my credit card and asking me to press 1. Put the phone down and call block the number. Somehow they are using what sounds like the same voice as my bank system.

TAXES / HMRC SCAM - Received a call from this number. Recorded message informing me that a letter from HMRC had been returned and therefore proceedings are going to be issued against me. I was instructed to press '1' to speak to an advisor but I hung up instead and reported the call to ICO.org.uk. I am hoping that this is not somebody's private number being cloned.
